Welcome to Ash Class!

2024 - 2025

Ash Class learners are enthusiastic and ready to learn. We always try our best, and are ready to help others.

Welcome to Ash Class page! This is where you will find out what you need to know about our class.

Ash class is an exciting year full of new adventures, growth, and discovery. Students will dive deeper into subjects, embrace challenges, and continue to develop their unique talents and skills throughout their learning. Our classroom is a vibrant community where curiosity is encouraged, creativity is celebrated, and every student's voice is valued.

Each week you need to do your homework on TT Rockstars as well as Spelling Shed. These links are under the useful websites section. If you need extra reading books at any time, we have access to the Oxford Owl e-book library, so do check it out.

If you are able to come in to read with the children, we would be delighted. Please let Mr Underwood know by either using the blue book, or finding me at the end of the day.

Spring 1:

Homework is set on Friday, and due on the following Thursday.

PE: Tuesday afternoon.

Forest School: every Wednesday afternoon.

Please make sure to keep all the correct kit in school for this half-term.

Beauty, belonging and community

In this term-long topic, the children will be learning all about theatre and community. They will be comparing their local community to a local community in Kenya. They will also be looking at set design, costume design and backstage during their art and DT lessons.
