Unfortunately the school lost power in two of its classrooms this morning which meant that Ash and Sycamore children could not use their rooms. Sycamore had to use the hall whilst Ash Class and their adults were divided between Oak, Apple and Willow. We went back to 'old fashioned teaching' with no computers available! The children were fantastic at adapting to the situation and the teachers all enjoyed the 'Blitz Spirit'. Thankfully the power was back on just after lunch and normal service was resumed. The staff would like to thank the children and parents for being so understanding especially since the problem was only discovered about half an hour before the start of the school day.
