Rainbows, Oak and Apple Class had a fantastic trip to the beach at West Witterings yesterday. Luckily, the weather was beautiful and the children thoroughly enjoyed it. As they arrived, the lifeguards spoke to them about how to stay safe at the beach and what they would do in the event of an emergency. They then broke into their class groups and carried out three activities throughout the day. The first was a sand sculpting competition, where they had to work in teams to build the best sand sculpture. The second was to have an ice cream and the third was to play in the sea. Fun was definitely had by all and we would like to say a huge thank you to all of the parents that helped out. Without your support, the trip would not have been possible.
