This half-term, Sycamore and Beech Class' have been working hard to build up their showcase all about their local area. This was through the theme of 'On Our Doorstep'. They have looked at maps of Bordon in the past and present and made inferences about how the land has changed over the last hundred years. They then looked at what Blackmoor and Bordon are like now; completing traffic surveys, looking at existing maps and writing their own poetry. They then carried out some research into the Bordon Regeneration Project, considering how Bordon will look when it is complete and considering how Bordon may look in one hundred years time. Sycamore and Beech Class really enjoyed showcasing all of their work to their family this afternoon and passing the information they have learnt. Thank you to all who came and showed their support. It was a really successful afternoon.
