Beech and Sycamore Trip to the Rainforest
Today, Monday 20th March, Beech and Sycamore Classes have been on a trip to the Living Rainforest.
We have been studying different climates and biomes and as part of this we have been focusing on the rainforests. To develop our understanding, we went on a trip to the Living Rainforest so we could experience what it is like first hand.
We saw an array of different creatures including a sloth which the children were mesmerised by. We also saw many different plants and learnt how they keep the rain off the leaves.
We took lots of photos and we will be using these in our art work over the next couple of weeks. Check back later on our class pages to see the finished product.
