    We are delighted to tell you that our school has been judged outstanding in a recent church inspection. We were judged on the quality and effectiveness of our teaching and learning, leadership and management, collective worship and the Christian distinctiveness of the school.   • St Matthew's remembers .....

    More than 800 paper poppies were scattered along the corridors of the school this morning before a special worship to mark Armistice Day.  The children reflected on the strength of friendship and how people could give up their lives for others.  Year 6 will also be marking the day at Blackmoor War Memorial with Dom.  They will be leaving school at 10.30am.  Please feel free to join them.  Please click on the link to see more pictures
