Forest School Videos
Videos related to forest school that you may find interesting.
Over Lockdown 2020, I taught myself how to make and edit videos. It is something I enjoy doing although it is rather time consuming! I will add content here as I make it. You can also follow me on my YouTube channel; 'Woodland Wildlings'.
Feel free to add your comments and to email me with any videos /photos you would like me to share on here. My email is; woodlandwildlingsforestschool@gmail.com
I will also add other videos that I think you may find interesting.

Ice Tea Lights
Here is a lovely idea to create a pretty candle decoration that you can use outdoor or indoor (if you put them on a plate!) It is super easy and they look amazing! I hope you enjoy this activity. Let me know how you get on. (Just noticed my typing error on the name of the video - we are using ice - not lice! yuk!)
Bird Feeders
Hello! With the Big Garden Bird Watch that is happening at the moment, I thought it would be a good idea to share a video with you showing you some ideas for encouraging birds to your garden by making them feeders. Check out some of these ideas.
Frozen Bubbles
A very quick video with an idea to try on a frosty morning! Hope you enjoy it!
Weaving
Check out this video to show you how to make your own weaving loom out of string and sticks. WARNING: knots are needed for this! Knots can be very frustrating to tie and need lots of practice!
Frozen Treasure
The weather has certainly changed since I last posted some videos! This time I am taking advantage of the wintery weather and showing you how to make some frozen treasure of your own to hang in the garden.
Paint Flicking Leaf Art
More art with leaves! This time a very simple thing to do - but rather messy! lots of good fun though! I hope you enjoy this one.
Making Elderflower Cordial
I took my dogs for a walk and found lots of elderflower. What better to do than make elderflower cordial! Tastes lovely with fizzy water.
Making a Wormery
We made a wormery (a house for worms!) It was interesting watching the worms over the period of a week. Thought you might also find this interesting.
Treasure Hunt
Not really related to forest school but we LOVED doing this so thought we would share!
Henri Rousseau
My son had to look at the artist Henri Rousseau as part of his homework. I couldn't help but link this to forest school! We had fun and we now have more ideas of how we can produce art using leaves so watch this space for more videos!
Seeds
I gathered a range of seeds from fruit and veg and decided to have a go at growing them. Heres what happened.

Something that you can do to keep a walk interesting.
