Published 18/03/21, by Rhiannon SearleApple Class enjoyed cooking marshmallows on the main campfire today. It did start to rain so we were unable to get the fire going straight away, but luckily, with some perseverance (and sunny weather), we managed to light the fire. The children remembered what position to sit in and how to keep safe around the fire. During the session, some of the children made natural crowns and became kings and queens of the wood, others made dens/palaces. All of the children were engaged and enjoyed the session.
