Year R, Year One and Year Six Parents, Key workers and priority group already in school. A few reminders following previous information letter.

 

Dear Parents/ Carers,

 

We are looking forward to seeing some of the children back in school during June. You will receive a text message to confirm the date they will start.

 

When your children return we want it to be a safe and happy experience. If there have been any changes in your circumstances over the closure period please make sure we know in order that we can support your children and your family in the most appropriate way.

 

School will be reopening at 8.30 on June 1^st (unless there are any further changes). Pedestrian access only into school – no vehicles will be allowed in from 8.30 a.m.

 Rainbow and Oak Class parents can walk to the field area to drop off and settle their children.

 

Year six and any other key worker children will walk from the main gate to their classrooms.

 

We have allowed 45 minutes for dropping off in the morning to help you self-distance with other adults. Please make sure you adhere to the two metre distance with other adults.

 

Please do not go to the office but contact them via email or phone. We are not taking any cash payments at the current time.

 

We have procedures in place to ensure hand washing is carefully monitored. Please check the previous information letter for further details.

 

The lunch menu is also on the website. Your children can bring packed lunches as usual.

Please ensure your child has their own water bottle that can be taken home to wash.

 

At the end of the day you can pick up from 2.45 and again we will ask Rainbow parents and Oak parents to collect from the field.

 

I hope everyone is able to enjoy the sunshine and have a good half term break!

 

We will continue to put work on the school website for the majority of children who will be still at home.
